connor's 30 second smoothies :)




OK, so, we got a new blender and i have been making smoothies like crazy and they only take 30 seconds. all you need is:

2 to 3 handfuls of frozen fruit
half a banana
1 cup of orange juice

put all the frozen fruit in the blender.


then add the banana.


after that add orange juice.



blend until smooth. if to thick add orange juice, if to thin add fruit or ice.

and there u go a super fast and easy way to make a good snack or a fast drink on the go on a busy morning.
